By downloading, installing, or using ContentCraft ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ContentCraft is an AI-powered social media marketing application that allows users to:

  • Create and manage product libraries with descriptions, images, documents, and URLs
  • Build style template libraries with social media content examples
  • Generate AI-powered promotional content for Instagram and Twitter/X
  • Create custom marketing materials using different AI models
  • Generate promotional images or select from product libraries
  • Copy generated content and save images for social media posting
  • View generation history and modify previous results
  • Purchase credits for content generation (1 credit = 1 generation)

3. User Account and Registration

  • You must create an account using Apple Sign-In to use the App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Credits and Payments

  • The App uses a credit-based system for AI content generation
  • 1 credit equals 1 content generation (includes both text and images)
  • Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via Apple's App Store
  • All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • Unused credits do not expire but are tied to your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive promotional content
  • Create marketing materials that violate intellectual property rights
  • Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Create inappropriate content involving minors
  • Promote illegal products, services, or activities
  • Create misleading or false advertising content
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use the service to spam or harass others on social media

6. Intellectual Property

  • Generated promotional content and images are yours to use for marketing
  • You retain ownership of your product information and uploaded materials
  • The App's source code, design, and AI models remain our property
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
  • Ensure you have rights to all materials uploaded to product libraries
  • Respect third-party intellectual property in generated content
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you

7. Privacy and Data

  • Your privacy is important to us - see our Privacy Policy for details
  • We collect minimal data necessary for App functionality
  • Product libraries are limited to 50,000 tokens each for AI processing
  • Generated content is stored securely on your device and our servers
  • Your business data and product information remain confidential
  • We do not share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing
  • You can request deletion of your data by contacting support

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • AI-generated content may not always meet your marketing expectations
  • We are not responsible for how you use generated promotional content
  • Generated content effectiveness in marketing campaigns is not guaranteed
  • Compliance with platform policies (Instagram, Twitter/X) is your responsibility
  • Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • Significant changes will be communicated through the App
  • You can always find the latest version in the App settings

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • We may terminate your access for violations of these terms
  • Upon termination, these terms remain in effect for past activities
  • Unused credits may be forfeited upon account termination
