3. How We Use Your Information

  • Store and manage your product libraries and style templates
  • Authenticate your account and maintain security
  • Process in-app purchases and manage credits (1 credit = 1 generation)
  • Improve our AI models and content generation capabilities
  • Provide customer support when requested
  • Prevent fraud and ensure service security

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
  • Product information and generated content are stored securely with access controls
  • Personal data is stored separately from promotional content
  • Product libraries are limited to 50,000 tokens per library for AI processing
  • We use industry-standard security measures and protocols
  • Regular security audits and monitoring are performed
  • Data backups are encrypted and stored securely

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data only in these circumstances:

  • With Apple for payment processing (purchases only)
  • With AI service providers for content generation (anonymized data only)
  • With cloud service providers who assist in app functionality
  • When required by law or to protect safety and security
  • In connection with a business transfer (with notice to users)

We never share your product information, generated content, or promotional materials with third parties for marketing purposes. Your business data remains confidential.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Product libraries: Stored until you delete them (limited to 50,000 tokens each)
  • Generated content: Stored in your generation history until you delete
  • Style templates: Kept until manually deleted
  • Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months
  • Support communications: Kept for 2 years for service quality
  • Deleted data: Permanently removed within 30 days

When you delete your account, all personal data is scheduled for permanent deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

ContentCraft is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

9. AI Content Generation and Business Data

Our AI models generate promotional content based on your product information and style preferences. Your business data, product descriptions, and uploaded materials are used solely to create personalized marketing content for your use.

Generated promotional content is created for your exclusive use and is not shared with other users or used for training purposes without your explicit consent.
